Hams have heard and read about the late October 2004, action taken by the FCC regarding using power lines to provide broadband access for users to the World Wide Web ( WWW ). Some may wish to read the report as accepted by the FCC themselves. A link to download the "Report" and subsequent Rule is provided below.
The 81 page report is contained in two volumes. Volume I is the core report. Volume II contains the report appendices. One or both volumes may be downloaded in PDF (approx 2.1 MB) and Microsoft Word formats.
